Moore Walker Davey Searells is a locally owned chartered accountancy and business advisory firm, proudly serving the Canterbury region since 1928. As part of the Moore Global network, we combine over 90 years of local knowledge with the reach and resources of a worldwide professional services organisation.
Our team of five directors, an associate director and around 30 skilled staff is dedicated to helping Canterbury businesses thrive. In 2021, we joined the Moore Markhams New Zealand network, strengthening our ability to provide integrated audit, tax, and business advisory services nationwide.
We are committed to building strong, trusted relationships based on understanding, reliability, and genuine care for our clients’ success. Whether your focus is local growth or international expansion, our combination of regional insight and access to the Moore national and global network ensures you have the expertise needed to succeed in a changing world.

Getting here
If approaching from Bealey Avenue, head down Barbadoes Street and turn right onto St Asaph Street.
If approaching from Moorhouse Avenue, head up Madras Street and turn left onto St Asaph Street.
Parking (see our diagram below)
The carpark is owned by Wilson Parking and has a large ‘255 St Asaph Street’ sign beside the entrance. You should enter the carpark in the right hand lane.
- Free parking is available in the bays immediately to the right (backing on to St Asaph Street). These are labelled along the curb as ‘Moore Walker Davey Searells – Reserved’ (bays 12 – 15).
- If our parks are already full then you may park in the Wilson carpark. Please note that the first 30 minutes are free.
- Getting to office – There is a walkway that runs alongside the carpark (Madras Street side of the carpark) that leads to our premises. Follow this walkway heading in the general direction of Tuam Street.
