  • CA Qualified: technical audit capability within a professional practice environment
  • New Zealand audit experience including ideally in the public and NFP sectors

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities

As a key Audit Manager, you will report to the Senior Management and Partnership group, taking ownership of a diverse portfolio of audit engagements. This is a “player-coach” role where you balance technical oversight with the development of our junior and senior staff.

The successful candidate will need to have prior experience in a role that encompassed the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborative Management: Work alongside other Managers and Assistant Managers to coordinate resources, share best practices, and ensure high-quality delivery
  • Mentorship: Act as a dedicated coach to a talented pool of auditors, helping them navigate their own career paths
  • Operational Input: Contribute to workflow planning and firm strategy—your voice carries weight here.
