Due to our thriving Audit and Assurance practice, a fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Audit Manager or aspiring Audit Manager to join the Wellington office of Moore Stephens.

The role includes:

  • Working with a highly motivated team of auditors who deliver exceptional client service
  • Supervising audits, overseeing and mentoring intermediate team members, and bringing out the best in them
  • Reviewing others’ work and assisting partners
  • Ensuring deadlines are met.

About you:

  • Recently CA qualified or equivalent qualification, with recent relevant experience in a CA environment.
  • Your extensive experience will ensure that you are up to date with technical and statutory requirements related to audit and financial reporting and will be able to recommend improvements to client businesses.
  • You will be able to respond to developing your public practice management skills by organising resources, proposal writing and business development.
  • You have well-rounded communication skills and a strong work ethic.
