We are currently looking for an excellent BAS Manager to provide prompt, personalised and outstanding service in one of our successful teams.
Moore Markhams is a team orientated and energetic working environment, and we are seeking a focused BAS Manager to work closely with the Partner, by building great client relationships, providing leadership skills in the team, reviewing accounts and attending to our clients’ business advisory services. We pride ourselves on our strong long-standing client base across various industries and entities.
The role:
- Managing the team and workflow management including deadlines and budgets
- Review of financial statements including tax returns
- Meeting compliance requirements for clients
- Providing a broad range of business advisory services to a range of client's including tax planning and structuring, management reporting, business valuations and due diligence, cash flow management and budgeting
- Building client relationships and aiming to exceed your clients' expectations
- Assist the partner with team management including coaching and development of team members
- Managing the client workflow and team outcomes including deadlines and budgets
- Assisting with the firm culture and innovative developments
About you:
- CA qualified with 5+ years' CA accounting experience
- 2+ years experience in managing a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong relationship and management skills
- A genuine interest in business and sound financial reporting skills
- Highly organised and keen to be part of a great team
