Thanks Dan, 26 years of sterling service

It is with some sadness we share the news that Dan Druzianic has retired from the firm after 26 years, but we are pleased that he remains with us as a consultant.

Dan started with the firm in 1996, becoming an associate in 2018, and full partner in 2000. Over his impressive career, Dan acted for many of our clients in agribusiness, property and service sectors and shared his wisdom in financial management, particularly governance, mergers and acquisitions.

For many years he was managing director of the Hawke’s Bay firm, and confidently steered the Markhams New Zealand group as national chairman from 2008 until 2011.

Dan’s significant skills, expertise and considered contributions to his clients, our firm, and business community in general were acknowledged in 2016, when he was conferred as a Fellow of the Australasian accountants’ professional body, CAANZ.

We will miss having Dan’s calm and measured presence in our office. He is always ready and willing to provide advice and our upcoming accountants have benefited from his willingness to share his knowledge and offer problem solving skills.

Dan will continue to serve on numerous business boards as a director, and we know we can call on him whenever he’s needed to consult with clients’ challenges.

Our sincerest thanks Dan, for all you’ve done to help shape our firm and help our people and clients thrive over the years.
