This allowed them to support businesses of all sizes to leverage enterprise-grade collaboration tools and cloud-based operations and future-proof their operations, ahead of some of the fastest and widespread changes our business landscape has ever seen.
Safemode leans heavily on their local roots to make their impact across New Zealand. Based in Whanganui, they capitalised the launch of the ultra-fast fibre internet within New Zealand to deliver high speed internet to their clients. [MM1] They stayed abreast of technological advancements and analysed their market to provide the exact services their clients needed, aiming to give back peace of mind and stop the constant cycle of tech firefighting. In 2014, a new opportunity arose. They entered the telecom sector, providing Safemode branded internet and voice services.

By 2018, Safemode noticed a shift in the market, cybersecurity became far more essential, with IT resilience, security and backup becoming key topics on their clients’ minds. They shifted with the times, readjusting their business model to comprehensive managed service provision, effectively functioning as our customers’ internal IT department which promoted trust and peace of mind.
