About the role
Working closely with the Team Partner and Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality compliance work, meaningful business advisory services, supporting team development and building strong, long-term client relationships. In this role, you will:
- Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns for a portfolio of clients
- Review work prepared by team members, ensuring accuracy, quality, and compliance
- Manage client compliance requirements efficiently and proactively
- Deliver a broad range of business advisory services, including:
- Tax planning and structuring
- Management reporting
- Business valuations and due diligence
- Cash flow management and budgeting
- Support the Partner and Manager with mentoring, coaching, and training staff
- Contribute to firm culture and continuous improvement initiatives

You are CA qualified with 5+ years’ experience in a CA accounting environment. You bring strong technical capability and well-developed financial reporting skills with solid experience across income tax, GST and FBT. You’re a confident communicator who builds trusted relationships with ease. Highly organised and accountable, you take ownership of your work, think commercially and solve problems proactively.
