After more than 40 years in our current building, in December, Moore Markhams Dunedin is moving for only the second time in our history – to the building next door! From Monday, 15 December, you will find us in a new space right next door on the corner of Clark and Maclaggan Streets. We will be perfectly positioned to keep serving you with the same trusted team and expertise you have come to rely on. This move marks an exciting new chapter for our firm, and we are pleased to bring you along with us.
Why the Move?
We originally planned to renovate our long-standing home to better serve you. However, a unique opportunity presented itself when the building next door became available. After careful consideration, we realised this new space offered a superior foundation for our future and, more importantly, for our clients. It provides modern facilities and gives our growing team the environment we need to continue delivering the high-quality advice and support your business deserves.
What’s New for You
While our journey is taking us next door, we have made sure our new location enhances your experience with us. You can expect:
- A convenient location:Â we are staying in the same central area you know, simply moving to the adjacent building.
- Client parking:Â as well as convenient parking on the street, we have three dedicated visitor parks in the carpark accessed off Clark Street for your use.
- Dedicated meeting spaces:Â our new office features contemporary, purpose-built rooms designed to make our consultations more effective and collaborative.
- Easier access:Â we have designed the space to be welcoming and accessible for every client visit.
