Working from Auckland, I advise businesses and individuals on tax structuring, international tax, business advisory matters, and a broad range of complex tax issues. My clients operate across sectors including construction, property, hospitality, information technology, transport, offshore retail, manufacturing, and professional services.

Tax structuring, international tax, and business advisory have been the focus of my career for more than 30 years. Throughout that time, I have worked with clients on trust planning, employee incentive arrangements, litigation support, matrimonial matters, and the restructuring of tax affairs across a wide range of industries.
My experience extends beyond tax compliance and advisory work. Businesses also engage me to support valuation projects, acquisitions, and business sales. This work ranges from medium-sized enterprises through to start-ups, providing valuable insight into the commercial, financial, and tax considerations that shape important business decisions.
