I advise Auckland family businesses, owner-managed businesses and growing enterprises on accounting, tax, business structures and practical financial management.

My work helps you make confident decisions at each stage of the business lifecycle, from start-up and growth through to succession, sale or closure.

Based in Auckland, my work spans accounting, taxation, cashflow management, payroll, GST, business structures and Inland Revenue audits and reviews. I work with clients across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on family-owned businesses and multi-generational family enterprises.

Family business brings its own mix of commercial, financial and personal considerations. Owners often need advice that is technically sound, but also practical, clear and sensitive to the people involved. My role is to help you understand your options, manage risk and move forward with decisions that support both the business and the family behind it.

Over more than 20 years, I’ve advised clients on business acquisitions and sales, start-ups, succession planning, business closures, tax planning, GST, payroll, cashflow management and financial reporting. My clients operate across a broad range of industries, including agribusiness, commercial, contracting, farming, hospitality and retail, legal, manufacturing, not-for-profit, property and land tax, and transport.

As part of Moore Markhams Auckland, I also have access to the wider Moore Global network, which helps when clients have questions involving overseas interests or cross-border matters. That connection is useful for Auckland businesses and family enterprises whose operations, ownership or plans extend beyond New Zealand.

Outside work, I’m a Girl Guide leader and can often be found at camp during the weekend. I’m also a keen netball follower.
