I provide accounting, taxation and commercial advice to privately owned businesses, property investors, family groups and trusts across Dunedin and Otago. My work helps clients understand the financial and commercial implications of their decisions and plan ahead with confidence.
My clients include commercial and residential property investors, construction and contracting businesses, and businesses in health, pharmacy, hospitality and retail. Property is a particular focus, including ownership and investment structures. I also advise construction businesses on accounting, tax, structuring and the wider commercial issues that come up as they grow.
I joined Moore Markhams in 2005 and am one of the leaders of the firm’s Business Services and Advisory division in Dunedin.
My work goes well beyond accounting and tax compliance. This includes management reporting and forecasting, business and investment structuring, acquisitions and sales, business valuations, succession planning, restructuring, trusts and governance.
