Compliance and advisory services with specialised skills in property and land tax

After studying at Otago and Auckland University, Toby graduated with a BCom double majoring in Accounting and Commercial Law. Toby joined Moore Markhams as a graduate in 2011 and subsequently became a Chartered Accounting in 2014.

Toby’s focus is helping clients with business advisory services including tax planning, acquisition assistance, due diligence, sale assistance and succession/retirement planning.  Toby started his career heavily involved in the health sector and has broadened to a wider array of industries throughout New Zealand. Toby prides himself on providing practical objective advice and solutions to his clients.

Recently Toby moved into the Virtual CFO service line and focuses on client’s internal accounting/reporting/finance functions so they can make better informed business decisions.

Outside of work, Toby loves spending time with his partner and two stepdaughters, who keep him on his toes. As an avid golf enthusiast, he enjoys a round of golf as often as possible.
