Strength in administration and process improvement
I originally started with the firm in 2005 as an office junior before completing my studies and joining the accounting team. I left to travel overseas to do my ‘OE’ and returned to Moore Walker Davey Searells in 2017. In 2025, I became General Manager, responsible for the administration team and the day-to-day operations of the firm.
With over 10 years of experience in the accounting industry, I have built a career focused on operational excellence, problem-solving, and supporting high-performing teams. Starting with a strong foundation in accounting and administration, I have progressively taken on wider responsibilities across workflow management, compliance, systems improvement, people leadership, and strategic planning.
