Kiran’s specialties lie in analysing client tax issues and finding satisfactory and tax efficient solutions. He has experience in the restructuring of clients’ tax affairs, assisting with IRD investigations, trust planning, employee incentive plans, litigation support, international tax issues and matrimonial cases.
Kiran acts for a wide number of clients including construction, IT, offshore remote retail businesses, transport industry and property companies.
He has also been involved in valuation projects ranging from medium sized businesses to start-up projects and assisting with buying and selling businesses.
