New offices allows us to better serve our clients

Moore Stephens Markhams Hawkes Bay is soon to say goodbye to our offices of 16 years in King Street. In early January we will be relocating to the new Business HQ, located at the former Bay Ford site on the corner of Hastings and Queen Streets.

Business HQ will be the new home for six businesses employing more than 100 people. “The complex provides a modern, technology-advanced space that will be a positive experience for both clients and staff,” says Gwen Rurawhe, Moore Stephens Markhams Hawkes Bay chief executive.

The one-hectare site will have 2400sqm of buildings including a refit of the existing 925sqm building and features a shared outdoor space that will be perfect for facilitating a collaborative environment where businesses can get together and share ideas.

The location provides the best of both worlds, in the heart of the CBD, but big enough to provide the space and collaboration opportunities required for a firm of Moore Stephens Markhams size.

Other tenants in the space include the engineering firm Strata Group, IT support business Codeblue, property valuers Logan Stone, and Jackson Engineering Advisers.

“We’re looking forward to introducing our clients to the new space in the New Year,” says Gwen.
